The Sri Lankan Muslim Community of Victoria (SMCV) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, 16th August 2025, at the Central Park Community Centre.

We are pleased to announce that a new Board of Management has been elected to lead the organisation for the upcoming term.

Br. Mohideen Imran was unanimously elected as the President of SMCV, with all other nominations duly confirmed and endorsed.

The newly appointed office bearers and committee members are as follows:

Vice President – Sr. Hafza Zarook

Secretary – Br. Imrad Illiyas

Assistant Secretary – Br. Razeen Mustafa

The AGM concluded successfully with valuable input from members, reaffirming SMCV’s commitment to serving the community and strengthening unity through educational, social, and cultural initiatives.
